We thought that our dishwasher control were fried after a recent tropical storm and power surges. After power was on and the breaker resets - none of the dishwasher lights worked. We phoned Wright and spoke with Sid. He led us through trouble shooting prior to a service visit. It turns out that there was a second switch between the breaker and the dishwasher. Sid's kind telephone help resulted in getting the control power panel back on and saved an on-site service call. Big appreciation for his assistance and Wright will be our go to repair service for all appliance needs.

Showed up & plugged in freezer & left wanting to bill us with out telling us before hand we needed it plugged in. Next time he came back with a very unprofessional, vague response of “it has a leak.” Well, where? Also suggested to replace compressor, but why? 10 out of 10 don’t recommend this unprofessional repair man

Sorry sir. You have the wrong Wright Appliance Repair. Have no record of anyone with your name. Not any jobs in last 2 months remotely similar to yours. Likely looking for " E Wright Appliance " he's apparently trying to ride our company reputation and name. Now if by some crazy chance this is one of our technicians please call us at 919-908-7469 to let us know. We will most likly fire them for this behavior. But if thats not the phone number you called to set up, thats not our company. Either way please contact us and let us eather fix you up or get your information for the pending litigation were leaking with the other company. Thank you, office mgmt, Wright Appliance Repair 
Sid Wright is the person you need for any kind of appliance problem. He tries to get you same day service and follows up with you after the job is complete. We have never had service like you get here from anyone else that we have used. Wright Appliance Repair is the one to call when you got a problem if you want it fixed right. We could not be more happy with the repairs to our washer as well as the refrigerator.

Very sorry for you bad experience. If you would please call the office I can reschedule you with no issueI see your the customer from this morning where my office was trying to see how far behind i was and you wanted to cancel the job. And we fully understand that . Today were running 60-70 min behind schedule not to make excuses but was at hospital with my mother in surgery, and not out of recovery till almost 1am and was running way behind all day today. I theowner have no issue placing you back on schedule for a free service can for your inconvenience 
The best repair person I've ever had. Extremely knowledge and friendly. Knew the likely problem with my dryer just based on brand and fixed it right away. Will always call Wright when I have an issue with any of my appliances.
